- To request a same day appointment, please call our office to speak with our appointment schedulers for immediate assistance.
- If it has been more than 3 years since your last medical visit in our office, please book your appointment as a New Patient. New patients cannot be scheduled in follow-up appointment slots.
- Medical and Cosmetic appointments cannot be booked together. Separate appointments are required.
- Patients cannot schedule surgeries online. Please call your provider clinical team to schedule surgery. Mohs surgery can be scheduled by calling our Mohs department directly at 770-972-7727.
