Appointment Scheduling
Our office has available appointments Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 5:00pm. On a monthly basis, we offer Saturday hours, 8:00am – 12:00pm. We understand how important your time is, and we will strive to provide you with timely, efficient service.
Appointments can be scheduled in the following manner:
- By phone at 770.972.4845, option 2. Our appointment schedulers are available Monday-Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.
- Book an appointment below by clicking the Book an Appointment button for your desired location.
All information provided is confidential, secure and HIPAA compliant.
Important: Please Read Before Booking Your Appointment
- Appointments scheduled incorrectly may be cancelled by our office.
- If it has been more than 3 years since your last medical visit in our office, please book your appointment as a New Patient. New patients cannot be scheduled as follow-up patients.
- Patients interested in signing up for our Diamond Club Membership should call 470-400-SKIN (7546).
- Patients needing to schedule Mohs surgery should call our Mohs department directly at 770-972-7727.
- Medical and Cosmetic appointments cannot be booked together. Separate appointments are required.
- Patients cannot schedule surgeries online. Please call your provider's clinical team to schedule surgeries.
Provider Specific Scheduling Instructions:
- Jonathan Weiss, MD: No new patient appointments can be scheduled online. Please call the office to schedule.
- Alia Brown, MD: Not accepting new patient appointments in Snellville.
